摘　　要：基于网络的高教科研信息化管理系统的建立,实现了对高教研究管理等工作的自动化、信息化、数字化,为教师的高教研究提供了方便的申报、信息查询和信息资源共享的平台。该系统的建立将高教科研管理从分散管理转向系统管理、从静态管理转向动态管理,满足了管理工作的便捷性、时效性和安全性要求,使高教研究的管理工作更加科学化和规范化。The establishment of informatization management system of web-based scientific research in higher education achieves the goal of automation,informatization and digitalization for higher education research management.It also provides higher education research with the very forum that facilitates its application,information inquiry and the sharing of information resources among teachers.Such attempts promotes the transfer of higher education research from decentralized management towards systemic management,from static management towards dynamic management.It eventually meets the demand of convenience,efficiency and safety of management and thus enables the higher education research management to be more scientific and standardized.
