摘  要:报道了利用改性活性炭脱除N-硫代羰基酸酐(NTA)法合成的阿斯巴甜粗品(Aspartam e)中混有的少量羰基硫(COS)。研究了改性后活性碳的吸附性能及浓度、温度、pH值及补氧等因素对脱除效果的影响,确定在温度65℃、浓度4% 、pH3.5并补加适量O2 的条件下,脱除效果最佳,且产品的损失率不超过1% 。The technology of removing carbonyl sulfide (COS), which is contained in the products of Aspartame produced by N thiocarbonyl anhydride (NTA) method is reported. Some kind of modified active carbon was employed for its good performance in removing COS selectively. Optimum technology was found: temperature 65℃, pH 3.5, time 30 minutes, concentration of crude Aspartame 4% and addition of certain amount of oxygen, under which a perfect result of removing COS was achieved and the Aspartame loss was less than 1%.
