非酒精性Wernicke脑病19例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非酒精性Wernicke脑病的临床特点。方法回顾性分析19例非酒精性Wernicke脑病患者的临床资料。结果 6例患者治愈;9例患者好转,但遗留不同的神经系统后遗症;4例患者均为胆囊切除术后,术后一般状况差,同时合并电解质紊乱、全身多脏器衰竭导致临床死亡。结论 Wernicke脑病临床表现多样化,不易引起临床医生注意,容易被漏诊及误诊。迅速、及时有效地补充维生素B1、其他B族维生素及联合其他足量的肠内、肠外营养支持是治疗此病的手段。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and improve the diagnosis and treatment of Wemicke encephalopa- thy in nonalcoholic patients. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 19 nonalcoholic cases who suffer from Wemicke en- cephalopathy from March 2002 to July 2011. Results 6 patients achieved recovery; 9 patients had varying degrees of neurological se- quelae,and for 4 patients who were cholecystectomy with severe sepsis and systemic multiple organ failure deaths. Conclusion Wer- nicke encephalopathy is not rare, Clinicans are not to pay attention to the disease. It can easily be misdiagnosed and escaped from recog- nition, because of the wide variety of clinical manifestations. The effective method for Wernicke encephalopathy is quick supplementing with appropriate dose of vitamin B1 ,and reasonable balance of parenteral and enteral nutrition supporting.
