摘　　要：实验教学中心建设是一个系统工程,繁杂而琐碎。实验技术人员作为中心实验室建设的一支主力军,扮演着设计师与参谋、马前卒、质检员、管理者等角色,在中心建设与发展中发挥了重要作用。The experimental teaching center construction is a systematic project which is multifarious and trivial. The experimental technicians of the construction of the experiment center as a main force who play a stylist and staff, pioneers, quality inspectors, managers and other roles in the experimental center construction development.
