摘　　要：医院电视监控系统是医院安全生产和治安保卫工作信息化管理的重要手段。本文从我院监控系统建设的实际出发,针对监控系统摄像、传输、显示与存储、控制等四个功能结构方面所遇到的问题,结合计算机和网络相关的原理与技术,深入分析了监控系统相关的技术细节,总结了监控系统建设的几点经验,为医院治安保卫信息化管理工作提供必要的理论与实践支持。Hospital Closed Circuit Television （CCTV） Monitor System is the important means of the informationalization management of hospital safety production and public security work. From the practice of Building up the CCTV Monitor System, questions of four function structures including video camera, transmission, display and storage, control of CCTV Monitor System are aimed at, computer and network theory techniques are applied , some technique details that relate to CCTV Monitor System are analyzed deeply, some experience of Building up CCTV Monitor System is summed up, the necessary theory and practice support is provided for the in- formatianalization management work of hospital public security.
