摘　　要：人才培养模式改革与探索是目前高职旅游教育改革发展的关键性问题之一。以近几年咸宁职业技术学院旅游管理专业为研究对象,从培养目标定位、专业设置、课程模式构建、教学内容和教学设计、培养途径模式等几方面对高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式改革进行探讨,最后提出构建"弹性顶岗.双证融通"的旅游管理专业人才培养模式。Talent training mode reform and exploration is currently one of the key problems of higher vocational education reform and development of tourism. This article in recent years of Xianning vocational technical Institute for the study of tourism management, from the cultivation objective orientation and professional settings, patterns of curricula, teaching content and teaching methods for improving the design, patterns and other aspects of reform of higher vocational talents training mode of tourism management explore concludes with the construction of flexible top gang ~ double certificate facility of talents training mode of tourism management.
