推进江西高等职业教育改革和发展的若干思考

摘　　要：大力发展高等职业教育,是实施科教兴赣,实现江西经济又好又快发展的重大战略举措。江西高等职业教育近年来实现了突破性发展,取得了明显成绩,但也面临不少的困难和问题。大力推进江西高等职业教育的改革与发展,主要对策有:科学定位,变革办学思想;服务社会,转变办学模式;与时俱进,创新办学机制;优化结构,凝炼高职特色,多元并举,增加经费投入;外引内培,提升"双师素质";加大宣传,营造良好氛围。Developing the higher vocational education is an important strategic measure to implement invigorating the Jiangxi and realize the good and rapid development of the economy for Jiangxi.The higher vocational education of Jiangxi in recent years has realized a unprecedented development with significant achievements.However,it also faces many difficulties and problems.The countermeasures to vigorously promote the reform and development of the higher vocational education for Jiangxi are：scientific orientation,changing school-running ideas;serving society,changing the mode of running school,keeping pace with the times,innovating education mechanism optimizing structures and concentrating vocational education features simultaneously,increasing the funds investment,obtaining forein funds and stressing interior training,promoting ＂the duple teacher quality＂,increasing the propaganda,and constructing a favorable atmosphere.
