摘　　要：通过对福斯特及合伙人建筑事务所设计作品的分析及比较,探讨了其成功的经验和设计原则,从其创新态度、公司文化氛围及设计把关制度、专业顾问公司的介入、关注最新需求、综合考虑各种社会自然因素、公司战略和管理等方面进行了论述和研究,提出了我国建筑事务所可以借鉴的项目设计成功经验和保持公司长期活力的方法和建议。By analyzing and comparing the works designed by Forster ＆ Partners Architectural Studio, the paper explores its successful experi- ence and design principles, indicates and researches from its innovative attitude, the cultural atmosphere of the company, the system for the de- sign control, the involvement of the professional consulting companies, the focus on latest needs, the comprehensive consideration about all kinds of social and natural factors, the strategies and management of the company, and points out the architectural studios in China can draw on some successful experience in program designs and the methods and suggestions to maintain the long-term vitality of companies.
