摘 要:介绍了五氯苯酚的理化性质及其在渔业产品中的应用,阐述了五氯苯酚及其钠盐对渔业产品的毒性危害和残留分布规律,指出对水产品中五氯苯酚的残留监控的必要性。对常见渔业产品的前处理提取方法和含量测定方法进行了总结,比较了各种检测方法的优缺点。对今后五氯苯酚研究的趋势进行了展望。This paper describes the physical and chemical properties of pentachlorophenol and its application in fishery products. The toxicity and residue distribution of pentachlorophenol and its sodium salt in fishery products were described, and the necessity of monitoring PCP in aquatic products was pointed out. The pre - treatment methods of extraction as well as its detection methods were summarized and compared with other detection methods for common fish- ery products. The future research trends in PCP were also suggested.
