摘　　要：目的对2009至2010年江西省主要地区零售畜禽肉中分离的136株沙门菌进行血清学鉴定及分析,掌握江西省零售畜禽肉中沙门菌血清型分布现况,为沙门菌引起的食源性疾病防控提供依据。方法应用GB4789.4-2010的方法对零售畜禽肉中的沙门菌进行血清型鉴定试验。结果 136株沙门菌分离株血清群以B群为主,主要血清型为德尔卑沙门菌、火鸡沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌和阿贡纳沙门菌。结论江西省零售畜禽肉沙门菌血清型分布呈多样性,优势血清型与其他省份有一定差异,说明即使食品种类相同,但其来源和地域不同其中携带或污染的沙门菌血清型之间也存在差异。应该有针对性的加强对沙门菌的监测,以便指导沙门菌病的防治。Objective To investigate the serotype distribution of Salmonella isolated from the retail meats in Jiangxi province from 2009 to 2010,and to provide the reference for preventing and controlling the foodborne pathogen,and to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling diseases caused by Salmonella.Methods One hundred and thirty-six strains of Salmonella were isolated from the retail meats,and the serotypes were identified according to GB4789.4-2010.Results Among 136 Salmonella stains isolated,the main serogroup was found to be group B,and the dominant serotypes were S.derby,S.meleagridis,S.typhimurium and S.agona.Conclusions Serotypes of Salmonella present in retail meats were diverse in Jiangxi province.A database on serotypes of Salmonella would enable us to better monitor,prevent and control the Salmonella disease.
