摘  要:研究东北山核桃仁油(Juglans mandshurica oil,JMO)促进小鼠学习和记忆能力的影响。将雄性健康昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为4组,即对照组(Control)、山核桃仁油低、中、高剂量组(Low、Middle、High)。Low、Middle、High剂量组分别灌胃山核桃仁油5、10、20mL/kgbw.d;对照组灌胃生理盐水,连续灌胃30d。第31d开始,进行跳台实验和水迷宫实验。结果山核桃仁油组小鼠跳台被动回避的潜伏期明显延长,记忆巩固成绩中中剂量组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);小鼠到达水迷宫终点的时间和错误次数明显减少,中剂量组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,东北山核桃仁油能明显提高小鼠跳台被动回避反应能力和水迷宫空间辨别的学习记忆能力,具有明显促进小鼠学习和记忆能力的作用。To investigate the effect of Juglans mandshurica oil(JMO) from northeastern on improving learning and memory in mice.Forty male KM mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group,JMO low dose group,JMO middle dose group and JMO high dose group respectively.Mice in control group were given physiological saline,and mice were given 5mL/(kg bw·d)by gavage in JMO low dose group,mice were given 10mL/(kg bw·d)by gavage in JMO middle dose group,and mice were given 20mL/(kg bw·d)by gavage in JMO high dose group for 30 days.Jumping platform experiment and water maze experiment were started on the thirty-first day.Latent period of mice on passive avoidance response in JMO groups obviously extended,compared with control group,difference of middle dose group was significant(P0.05),and arrived time to the end and error numbers obviously decreased,compared with control group,difference of middle dose group was significant(P0.05).Results showed that JMO could increase the capability of learning and memory on passive avoidance response in jumping platform experiment and space identification in water maze experiment,and significantly possess the effect of improving learning and memory in mice.
