摘 要:提出了一套适用于FSAE方程式赛车制动系统设计的方法,包括零部件的匹配和制动性能的仿真。从FSAE比赛规则出发,分析了比赛对赛车制动性能的要求,确定了赛车制动系统的形式。通过对赛车在不同制动强度下的受力分析,初步分配了赛车的前后制动力,再以此为基础匹配了制动主缸、制动器和制动盘。在AMESim仿真环境下建立了整车制动系统的模型,并与Simulink中建立的三自由度整车模型进行了联合仿真。仿真结果表明,赛车在中等强度、大强度制动时的制动性能均满足设计要求,通过与实车试验的对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性和有效性。A new method of braking system design for a FSAE racing car was proposed,including the matching of main parts and the simulation of braking performance.Based on the rules of FSAE,the requirements of braking performance were analyzed and the layout was confirmed.Then forces of the car were analyzed under different braking strengths,the front and rear braking forces were distributed preliminarily,and then the caliper,master cylinder and disc were selected and matched.The model of the braking system of dynamic vehicle was established in Amesim and simulink respectively.The results of the simulation show that the braking performance can meet the design requirements under moderate and intensive braking conditions.In comparison with experiments,the effectiveness of the simulation model was tested and verified.
