摘  要:"顶岗实习支教,置换教师培训"的模式本着"授之以渔"的理念,以促进教师能力发展为中心,以提高教师能力为核心,让师范生通过顶岗实习获得教学能力,让置换的基层教师通过量身订制的培训活动获取教学新理念,可获得较好的实践效果.文中以广东外语艺术职业学院为例,探索构建以教师能力发展为中心的"顶岗实习支教,置换教师培训"的模式.The paper promotes an instnaction-ability-centered "internship & on-job training" mode after experiments. Focus on improving their teaching ability, with the spirit of giving "the awarding of fishing", the internship students gain the ability of how to be a good teacher through teaching, head teacher practice, reflection and research. The teachers in primary school access to new ideas and gain the fishing awarding whose capability can be improved and applied creatively through tailor-made training activities. This model has been affirmed highly and been promoted in the whole province by the Education Department of Guangdong Province.
