吉林省属高校行政管理专业实践教学模式的创新

摘　　要：为培养应用型管理人才,吉林省属高校行政管理专业应优化实践教学课程体系,开展校内模拟实践(实训)教学,强化校外实践(实习)教学环节,同时开展有针对性的社会调查研究,并构建科学的实践教学评价体系。另外,在实践教学经费、师资队伍、实践基地等方面加大投入,建立并完善实践教学保障机制。In order to cultivate applied management personnel, the administration specialty of Jilin provincial colleges and universities should optimize the curriculum system of practice teaching, develop intramural simulation practice （training） teaching, strengthen extramural practice （exercitation） teaching, carry out effective social investigations, and construct a the scientific evaluation system for the practice teaching. Furthermore, the colleges and universi- ties should increase investment in the aspects of practice teaching fund, teaching staff and practice base, and establish and oerfect the guarantee mechanism of practice teaching.
