摘　　要：一个拟伪补MS-代数是一个形如〈2,2,1,1,0,0〉的代数(L;∧,∨,°,*,0,1).其中(L;∧,∨,°,0,1)是MS-代数,(L;∧,∨,*,0,1)是拟伪补格.并且运算x→x°和x→x*可交换.本文主要刻画这类代数的同余特征以及L*的结构.A demi-pseudocomplemented MS-algebra is an algebra （L;∧,∨,°＊,0,1）of type （2,2,1,1,0,0） where（L;∧,∨,°,0,1）is a MS-algebra,（L;∧,∨,＊,0,1）is a demi-pseudo-complemented lattice and the operations x→x°and x→x＊commute. In this paper, the congruence on such a demi-pseudocomplemented MS-alge-bra L and characterize the structure of L＊ is described.
