摘 要:动车组和城轨在运行速度、运行工况、载荷等方面有较大的差异,为了在同一平台上实现动车组和城轨的制动计算,分别研究了适用于动车组和城轨的制动计算方法,开发了集成两种轨道车辆制动计算算法的专用软件。制动计算方法充分考虑了电制动和运行阻力对制动系统的影响,制动计算软件的分段3次样条插值模块能对导入的试验数据进行插值处理,还能实现每车的参数设置、瞬态制动计算和耗风量计算。以8辆编组的速度300km/h动车组为例,介绍了制动计算软件的应用情况。Many differences of speeds, running conditions, and loads exist between the EMU and the metro. In order to finish the breaking calculation of the EMU and the metro at the same platform, a new software for calculating is designed based on the research on each calculation method of the EMU and the metro. Sufficient consideration about the influence of electrical breaking and running resist- ance are taken. As well, inputted testing data could be operated by the Cubic Spline Interpolation module of the software. Moreover, the setting up of each car^s parameters, instant breaking calculation and the air consumptions could be figured out by this software. The application of the software is shown of the 8-cars EMU with the speed level of 300 km/h as an example.
