系统建设视角下基层电大教学质量保证的思考

摘　　要：在新的形势下,部分基层电大教学质量出现了教学中心地位下降、教学教务管理队伍质量不高、管理手段滞后等问题。要提升基层电大办学实力,必须优化系统结构,健全上级电大对基层电大教学质量监控机制,完善基层电大的教学检查和评价制度,推进管理手段的信息化、集成化、一站式建设,从而实现全系统教学质量的提高。In the new situation for some basic level RTVUs, problems occur in teaching quality, such as the dropping of teaching-centered role, the poor quality of teaching and management staff, and the hysteresis of teaching and means of management. As to strengthen the basic level RTVU education, it is necessary to opti- mize the system structure, perfect the mechanism of superior monitoring over the basic level RTVU educational quality and establish the evaluation system of basic level RTVU education, to promote the informationization and integration of means of management, achieve the one-stop construction of teaching management, so as to achieve the improvement of the teaching quality in the entire system.
