摘  要:光电跟瞄设备在车载平台上将会受到多自由度的复合振动,系统视轴的成像质量将受到很大的影响,严重时设备零部件的配合间隙将会松动甚至零部件损坏。针对某型光电跟瞄设备设计了二级主动隔振支撑平台及主动控制算法。隔振平台采用重心支撑方式,以较大程度地减小对视轴影响较大的耦合角振动,同时在安装架上设计了大阻尼的防冲橡胶垫,与两级减振装置共同作用起到保护和稳定设备的作用。针对角振动问题,以设备平台各支撑点及重心的位移及速度作为反馈信号,采用模糊PID控制算法,设计了隔振平台的控制方案并进行了控制程序的编写。在ADAMS中建立了系统的虚拟样机,对机械系统和控制系统进行了联合仿真。仿真结果表明,二级主动隔振平台在一定的路况下具有较好的隔振防冲性能,能够起到保护设备及稳定视轴的作用。Optical tracking and pointing device on a vehicle platform will be suffered more complex multi-degrees of freedom vibration, so that the image quality of the visual axis will be affected,and serious- ly the assemble clearance will be loosed or the equipment parts will be damaged.Within this paper, a two- stage vibration isolation support platform is designed for a type of optical tracking and pointing device.The platform supports the center of gravity of the device, in order to reduce the influence of coupling angular vi- bration on visual axis to a large extent.At the same time a rubber fender with large damping between mounting bracket and device is designed for protecting and stabilizing the equipment with two-stage vibra- tion isolator. Specific to the vibration, with displacement signal and the velocity signal of device platform as the feedback signal,by using fuzzy PID control algorithm, the control plan is designed and control program of vibration isolation platform is compiled as well.Afterwards in ADAMS,simulation combining mechanical system and control system is finished by the use of virtual prototyping technology,which results show that this two-stage vibration isolation platform has a ing equipment and stabilizing the visual axis. good performance in certain random conditions in protecting equipment and stabilizing the visual axis.
