摘　　要：教学医院开展临床实习教学活动的前提是对患者进行实习前告知并取得支持,知情同意权是患者的法定权利,且患者没有配合教学实习的强制性义务,医方能否顺利完成实习带教任务取决于告知方法是否适当、沟通是否到位等因素,成功的教学实习活动能够体现医患之间是互动双赢的共同体。The premise of implementing clinical practice by teaching hospital is to inform the patients before the clinical practice and be supported by them. It is the legal right of the patients to be informed and consent, and it is not obligatory to cooperate in the clinical practice. It rests with the factors such as the appropriate informing methods and sufficient communication for doctors who can finish the clinical practice successfully. The successful clinical practice embodies that it is win-win between the doctors and the patients.
