摘 要:目的:研究3种海南芳香药物油——海南砂仁叶油、海南肉豆蔻叶油和海南降香油的SFE-CO2工艺及化学成分。方法:用正交试验以及单因素分析确定SFE-CO2提取工艺,采用气质联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。结果:确定了3种海南芳香药物精油的SFE-CO2工艺;并从海南砂仁叶油中分析确认了α-蒎烯等12个化合物,从海南降香油中分析确认了反式橙花叔醇等5个主要成分,从海南肉豆蔻叶油中分析确认了榄香脂素等24种成分。结论:确定了SFE-CO2提取海南砂仁叶精油、肉豆蔻叶精油、降香油新工艺。This study was aimed to extract volatile by SFE-CO2 from leaves of Fructus Amomi,Myristica fragrans Houtt.,and heartwood of Lignum Dallbergiae Odoriferae.Orthogonal array design was used to explore influences of temperature,pressure,flow rate of CO2 and extraction time on oil yields.The volatile components were analyzed by GC or GC-MS.New processing parameters of the SFE-CO2 extraction for leaves of Fructus Amomi,Myristica fragrans Houtt.and heartwood of Lignum Dallbergiae Odoriferae were determined.Essential oils were analyzed.The α-pinene and other 11 compounds from leaves of Fructus Amomi,5 main compounds including trans-nerolidol from the Lignum Dallbergiae Odoriferae,and 24 compounds from leaves of Myristica fragrans Houtt.were also identified.
