开放教育法学本科《中国法律思想史》课程网上学习行为考核实施效果分析

摘　　要：以开放教育法学本科《中国法律思想史》课程网上学习行为考核改革实践为例,分析了该课程网上学习行为考核的实施效果,探讨其中存在的问题,并提出了增强网上学习考核有效性的若干建议。Taking the online learning assessment practice of The History of Chinese Law which is a course for law majors in open education as an example,this article analyzes the implementation effect of online learning,explores the existing problems and then puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the effect of online learning assessment.
