摘　　要：随着研究生招生规模扩大和全球金融危机对我国就业的影响,地方院校女研究生就业形势日趋严峻。通过对地方院校女研究生就业现状进行分析,探讨就业难的主要原因,并提出相应的对策及建议,希望能对改善女研究生就业难的状况有所帮助。With the expansion of graduate enrollment and the influence of global financial crisis on employment,female graduate students in local universities are increasingly experiencing employment difficulties.This paper attempts to analyze their current employment status,the main causes of these difficulties,and make corresponding suggestions in improving their employment.
