摘 要:目的:研究分步固化ZY-1、ZY-2赝复硅橡胶对两者之间粘合强度的影响。方法:将ZY-1、ZY-2硅橡胶80℃恒温下进行分步固化,将硅橡胶粘结剂Adhesive A作为阳性对照组。测定各小组中ZY-1和ZY-2之间的粘合强度,并进行统计学分析,对两种硅橡胶的粘接面进行扫描电镜观察。结果:实验组ZY-1和ZY-2硅橡胶之间的粘合强度与阳性对照组相比无显著性差异;扫描电镜观察两层材料之间没有缝隙,形成了良好的界面结合。结论:分步固化ZY-1和ZY-2硅橡胶可以获得较为理想的粘合强度,在保证每层硅橡胶不发生形变的前提下以分步固化时间间隔为15 min时其粘合性能最佳。Objective: study the influence of step by step solidification to ZY-1,ZY-2 type of silicone rubbers' adhesive strength. Method: Under Constant temperature 80 ℃. The group of Silicone rubber adhesive (Adhesive A) was used for Positive control group. The adhesive strength of different teams between ZY-1 and ZY-2 was measured and Statistical anal- ysis was done. The Bonding interface of Silicone rubber was observed by scanning electron microscope. Result: there are no significant differences between direct experimental group and positive control group. Scanning electron microscope found that the two materials formed a good interracial bonding and had no gap. Conclusion: ensuring each layer of silicone didn't occur deformation, step by step solidification to ZY-1,ZY-2 silicone rubbers at 15-minute can get a better adhesion.
