发育期青少年下颌骨成釉细胞瘤治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗年轻成釉细胞瘤患者保留下颌骨连续性临床应用效果。方法:对发育期青少年下颌骨成釉细胞瘤患者,采用保留下颌骨连续性的刮治+磨削+烧灼术治疗方法,观察其治疗效果。结果:本文17例患者术后发生面部畸形2例,发生率为11.8%;发生咀嚼功能障碍4例,发生率为23.5%。术后随访1～5年,没有复发病例。结论:对年轻的成釉细胞瘤患者应用刮治、磨削、烧灼术,能有效去除肿瘤,保留了下颌骨连续性,减少和减轻了面部畸形的发生以及术后功能障碍的发生,是一种切实可行、方便有效的治疗方法。Objective.. To explore the continous clinical applying effects of treating mandibular Ameloblastoma in adolescents. Methods.. For Adolescents in development period with mandibular Ameloblastoma, we apply the treat- ment of scaling, grinding, and cautery to retain the continuity of the mandible, and watch the treatment effect. Re- suits.. After operation, 2 cases （11.8%） of the 17 with facial deformity, 4 cases （23.5%）with masticatory dysfunction, and no recurring cases during postoperative follow-up 1-5 years. Conclusion.. For Adolescents in development period with mandibular Ameloblastoma, the treatment of scaling, grinding and cautery which can effectively remove the tumor with mandible-sparing, lessen and reduce facial deformity and postoperative dysfunction, so it＇s a practicable, convenient and effective treatment.
