搭建成人学历教育“立交桥”的思路设计——兼论成人教育、网络教育、自考教育的融合发展

摘　　要：成人教育、网络教育、自考教育构成了我国成人学历教育三大主力,他们在发展中所面临的共性问题使三者必然融合发展,而教育对象和培养目标、社会需求和信息技术以及个案实践又为三者融合发展提供了可能。自上而下逐步推进专门立法、制度创新、体制改革、经费保障,同时自下而上转变教育观念、整合管理部门、优化课程设置、改进教学方法、加强师资队伍、建设优质资源等,是探索搭建我国成人学历教育"立交桥"的有效途径。The adult higher education,online education ,self-study examination constitute the three main adult diploma education in China.The common problems that they confront in development make them inevitable to merge.It is possible to merge and develop for the educational objects and training goals,social needs and information technology as well as individual practice. To build China^s adult education＂Overpass＂ ,it is necessary to have a reform from the top to down including the legal,the system,integration,funds,and combined with the reform from the bottom to up such as changing the education concepts, integrating the management, optimizing the curriculum, improving the teaching methods, enforcing the teaching staff, building the high quality of resource and so on.
