职业教育视野下新型农民培养平台的构建

摘　　要：新农村建设需要培养大批的高素质农民,即新型农民。理解新型农民的概念,需要从其不同的角色定位:新农村建设者、管理者或受益者出发,综合考量其新意所在。为实现新型农民的培养,需构建新型农民教育、管理、监控为一体的多元立体化平台,其中教育平台的构建是核心。而保证其功能的实现,应将视野框定在职教范畴,以职教资源的合理配置来保证新型农民教育培养的重任。The construction of new countryside needs to cultivate a large number of high quality farmers which are new type of farmers. The con- cept of new type of farmers should be understood comprehensively from different roles ： new countryside builder, managers and beneficiaries. To cultivate the new type of farmers, we need to construct a multiple three-dimensional platform integrating the education, management and monito- ring of new farmers, among them, the construction of education platform is the core. And to ensure the implementation of the platform, we should lay emphasis on vocational education, and try to guarantee the cultivation of new-type farmers through the rational configuration of vocational edu- cation resources.
