摘　　要：采用醇酸清漆漆基 ,变色颜料 (CoCl2 ·2C6H12 N4 ·10H2 O) ,价廉、易得的叶蜡石填料和二甲苯溶剂 ,制得可逆型示温涂料。介绍了该涂料的变色原理和制法。通过正交试验 ,讨论了变色颜料、漆基和填料的用量 ,以及涂层厚度和恒温时间对涂料变色温度的影响。A reversible temperature indicating paint,based on alkyd resin varnish,chromophoric pigment(CoCl 2·2C 6H 12 N 4·10H 2O) and low cost pyrophyllite filler and xylene,has been prepared.The color change mechanism and production process of the coatings were described.By of orthogonal experiment,the influences of amount of chromophoric pigment,binder and filler,film thickness and working time on the indicating temperature were discussed.
