摘　　要：随着生源减少,企业举办的职业教育遇到部分困难。通过调研和研究,认为职业教育和企业是密不可分的,职业教育的发展离不开企业的参与,企业参与是职业教育发展的关键,企业举办和参与职业教育有很好的发展前景。As students reduce, the vocational education of enterprise held meet difficulties, Through the investigation and research, think that the occupation education and enterprise is insepara- ble, vocational education＇s development is inseparable from the participation of enterprise, enterprise participation is the key of the development of vocational education, vocational education and to partici- pate in the enterprise to hold a very good development prospect.
