企业举办职业教育存在的困难和问题探析

摘　　要：企业举办的职业教育,具有其他院校不具备的优势,充分发挥这些优势办好职业教育,办出企业职业教育的特色,企业举办的职业教育就会有良好的发展前途和强大的生命力。但目前企业举办职业教育的动力不足、积极性不高,已经成为影响和制约我国职业教育发展的重要瓶颈,本文就此对企业举办职业教育面临的主要困难和问题进行了探析。Vocational education of enterprises has the advantage which other institutions don＇ t make. If we make full use of the advantages to develop the features of vocational education, vocational education organized by the enterprises has good prospects and strong vitality. But, the enthusiasm of enterprise organization and participation in vocational education is generally not very high recently in China, which has become an important bottleneck of restricting the development of vocational educa- tion. This article has made analysis on the main difficulties and problems faced by enterprises in organ- izing vocational education.
