摘　　要：山东省是蔬菜生产和出口大省,脱水蔬菜产量约占全国的1/3。在分析山东省脱水蔬菜产业现状的基础上,对"十一五"期间山东省脱水蔬菜产业存在的问题进行了深入探讨,并提出了如何加快山东省脱水蔬菜产业发展的应对措施。Shandong is a most important province of vegetable production and export,which yield of dehydrated vegetable account for one third of the whole country.The article analyzes the current situation of dehydrated vegetable industry in Shandong province,thoroughly discusses the existing problem during the period of 11th five-year plan,and further puts forward relevant measures how to accelerate its development.
