瑞吉欧方案中的教师角色及其对我国幼儿教育的启示

摘　　要：瑞吉欧教育在"教师中心"和"儿童中心"之间寻找一个平衡点,形成了以儿童、教师、家长、社区相关人员为主的"团体中心"。瑞吉欧方案中的教师角色对我国幼儿教育的启示是:转变教师的角色,增强角色意识;建立教师"学习共同体",演绎教师多重角色;重塑幼儿教师角色的自主空间;提升教师行动研究和反思的能力。Reggio education tried to find a balance point between ＂teacher center＂ and ＂children center＂ and formed a ＂community center＂ within children, teachers, parents and related staff. The enlightenment we get from the teacher＇s role in the Reggio Program is ： the conversion of the teacher＇ s role, the construction of teacher ＂s occupation training system to strengthen the consciousness of the role ; the building of ＂community of learners＂ of teachers to interpret teacher＇s multiple roles; the creation of a good environment, and the enhancement of the teacher＇s cooperation and reflection ability
