摘  要:以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,考察了催化剂用量、过氧化氢与油中双键摩尔比、反应温度、乙酸用量、反应时间等因素对环氧化反应的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验优化确定了最佳合成条件:催化剂用量为油质量的13%,乙酸加入量为油质量的20%,过氧化氢与油中双键摩尔比为1.7∶1,反应温度68℃,反应时间7.5 h;在最佳条件下制得的环氧化大豆油为淡黄色黏稠状透明液体,环氧值为6.49%。The epoxidized soybean oil was prepared with strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage,molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to double bounds in oil,acetic acid dosage were studied.On the basis of single factor tests,the optimal conditions were optimized by orthogonal test as follows: reaction temperature 68 ℃,molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to double bounds in oil 1.7∶ 1,acetic acid(based on the mass of soybean oil) 20%,cation resin(based on the mass of soybean oil) 13%,reaction time 7.5 h.Under the optimal conditions,the epoxidized soybean oil was light yellow transparent viscous liquid,and its epoxidation value was 6.49%.
