摘  要:建立了非水电位滴定测定甘油磷脂酰胆碱(GPC)含量的方法。采用高氯酸标准溶液对GPC样品进行电位滴定,利用二级微商法确定电位滴定终点消耗的高氯酸标准溶液体积从而得出GPC含量,用建立的方法测得自制GPC样品含量为78.73%,其方法精密度RSD为0.048%。该法操作方便、准确度高,适合GPC的快速检测。The determination of glycerylphosphorylcholine(GPC) content by non-aqueous potentiometric titration was established.The GPC sample was potentiometrically titrated with standard solution of HClO4,and the end point was determined by a second derivative method,then the GPC content was calculated through measuring the consumption volume of standard solution of HClO4.The method established was used to determine the GPC content of homemade GPC sample,and the GPC content was 78.73%,and the precision experiment was performed with the RSD 0.048%.The non-aqueous potentiometric titration exhibited the easily processing and high accuracy,and the method was suitable to the rapid quantitative determination of GPC.
