摘　　要：在《史记.宋微子世家》之前,同样的素材形成悲剧和讽刺喜剧两种不同的情节模式,司马迁在处理素材的过程中最后选择悲剧叙事。这种选择具有特殊的学术史背景,同时是一个历史学家的生存位置的标识;司马迁悲剧意识的历史诗学内涵在于通过确证古代士人群体的精神史意义而期望马克思所谓"历史之谜"的最后和解。Before the appearance of the biography of Song Weizi in Historical Records, the same subjects are plotted in two different forms ： tragedy and satire. Sima Qian chose to use the tragedy form in dealing with this subject. This choice has a special academic background and it also reflects a historian＇ s understanding of survival. The connotation of Sima Qian＇ s tradegy sense reflects the final reconciliation of Marx＇ s so-called the mystery of history which is anticipated by the ancient scholars.
