摘　　要：首先分析了企业创业投资的风险,然后基于蚁群算法的特点和优点,提出用蚁群算法度量企业的创业投资风险,并给出了相应的运算程序,最后通过反复实验得到一组相对理想的参数对。First,this paper analyzes enterprise＇s entrepreneurial investment risk. Then according to the characteristics and advantages of the ant colony algorithm,it proposes that the ant colony algorithm is one of effective methods of measuring enterprise＇s entrepreneurial investment risk, and gives the corresponding computing procedure. Finally,it gets a group of relatively ideal parameters through the trial and error correction.
