培养大学生社会能力的实效性研究

摘　　要：从理论上详尽地阐述了社会能力概念及要素,同时阐明了提高社会能力的过程就是不断学习、不断调适,也是一个个体社会化的过程。从教学模式、教学手段和教学内容三方面探索了培养学生社会能力的实效性措施,总结出提高当代大学生文化修养和跨文化交际能力的具体方法。指出培养学生社会能力是高校人才培养方案中不可缺少的一部分。The concept and elements of social abilities are expounded in the paper.Then it clarifies that the process of developing social abilities is the process of continuous studying,practicing and adjusting,which is also the process of an individual socialization.From the aspects of training patterns,means and contents,it has made a close study of some effective measures for developing students＇ social abilities and also produces concrete strategies for enhancing students＇ cultural accomplishment and improving their inter-cultural communicative abilities.It finally points out that the training of contemporary students＇ social abilities should be the indispensable part of university training projects.
