摘　　要：推进生产性实训基地建设是职业院校工学结合的重要内容。依托"校中厂"校企合作模式,将企业搬入校园,校企共建生产性实训基地,培养职业技能人才,是职业教育教学改革的新尝试,也是工学结合人才培养的新模式。从生产性实训的内涵与特点、建设实践中碰到的问题、改革思路等方面作了初步探究,并对实践中形成的建设成果进行总结。Promote productive training base construction is the important content of learning while working in vocational schools.Relying on ＂factory＂ model school-enterprise cooperation,the enterprises moved into the campus,building productive training base,cultivating professional technical talents,is a novel approach to the teaching reform of vocational education,learning while working new model of training talents.The article describes connotation and characteristics of productive practice,construction problems encountered in practice,a preliminary probe into the reform,and so,to sum up and construction results in the formation of the practice.
