素质文化视野中的教师素质评价思路

摘  要:教师素质评价应该具有文化视野,而该视野的核心应该是素质文化。从素质文化看教师素质评价理念有:以素质发展为核心导向;突出素质发展及其评价的崇高感;注重评价的自主性。从素质文化看教师素质评价的实施要领有:评价标准上要多元化;评价机制上以教师自我评价为主;评价形式上要实现多样化的整合;评价结果处理上要实现对素质发展的促进。The evaluation of teacher's quality should be conducted in a cultural vision,and the core of this vision is quality culture.According to the quality culture,the ideology of teacher includes:to regard the quality development as core direction;to stress the loftiness sensation of quality development and its evaluation;to stress the autonomy of evaluation.According to the quality culture,the implementation essentials include:to take plural evaluation standards;to take self-evaluation as the main evaluation mechanism;to use and integrate diverse evaluation forms;to promote the quality development while dealing with the evaluation results.
