摘　　要：学位论文规范管理是研究生培养的重要环节.对学位论文进行学术不端检测,是加强研究生学术道德和学术规范建设、树立良好学风的措施之一.为给相关部门制定政策提供依据,通过对国内38所高校学位论文学术不端行为检测的执行机构、检测对象、检测方法、技术处理、检测指标设定及检测结果应用等政策的调研,结合对西安工程大学2011届硕士研究生学位论文的检测管理实践,分析了学位论文检测中出现的各类问题,建议学校有关部门正确定位学术不端行为检测,对论文的送检版本、重复检测问题和引文处理问题等环节进行规范,加强研究生学术规范和科研诚信教育.Regulation on thesis and dissertation is an important step in graduate education. Detecting the scientif- ic misconduct in thesis and dissertation with software is one of the methods which can be used to cultivate the sci- entific ethics, constructing scientific integrity and demonstrating academic environment. To support the university authority to make decisions, based on text analysis about detecting scientific misconduct policies of some Chinese universities, and according to the management experience, some shortcomings of the detect system and polices are put forward. The suggestions are reasonable orientating the detect software, improving management on ver- sion, rechecking and quotations, and strengthening education on academic rules and scientific integrity.
