摘 要:建立水果和蔬菜等植物源性食品中丙线磷和溴丙磷农药残留量的检测方法。样品经乙腈超声提取、石墨化炭黑固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱-质谱法检测,外标法定量。分别进行丙线磷和溴丙磷5μg/kg、10μg/kg和50μg/kg 3个添加浓度的2种目标分析物的加标回收率实验,目标分析物的回收率为85.7%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为4.8%~11.5%。本方法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,符合农药残留检测的技术要求,适用于白菜、黄瓜等蔬菜和水果中丙线磷和溴丙磷农药残留量的检测需求。Establish a method to detect the residues of Ethoprophos and Profenofos in plant-derived foods such as fruits and vegetables.The pesticides residues were extracted by ultrasound extraction with acetonitrile.Extracts were cleaned up with a solid-phase extraction column filled with graphitized carbon black,then analyzed with GC-MS and external standard method.The recoveries of these two pesticides obtained from samples spiked with standards at the concentration levels of 5μg/kg,10μg/kg and 50μg/kg were in the ranges of 85.7%~104.3%,with RSD of 4.8%~11.5%.Based on the result of experiment,the method is rapid,sensitive,accurate,and reliable,could meet the technical requirements of pesticides residue determination,and it can be used to detect the residues of Ethoprophos and Profenofos in fruits and vegetables,for example,cabbage and cucumber,etc.
