高等医学院校教师教学质量网络测评的思考

摘　　要：教学质量的控制是高等学校教学管理的关键。作为教学质量保障体系的核心内容之一,教师教学质量网络测评已经逐渐取代传统测评方式,成为发展的必然。由于医学教育和医学专业的特殊性,高等医学院校教师教学质量网络测评有其自身的特点和难点。在实际操作过程中,对出现的问题进行一定的总结,并对如何完善教师教学质量网络测评进行一些思考。Teaching quality control is the key to management of higher education. As one of the core contents of the teaching quality guarantee system, network assessment of teaching quality, which becomes inevitable, has gradually replaced the traditional evaluation methods. In medi- cal colleges, network assessment of teaching quality has its own characteristics and difficulties as the specificity of medical education and medical profession. This paper stuns up the problems in the practice and probes into how to improve the network assessment of teaching quahty.
