高等职业教育职业能力培养方法新论

摘　　要：现阶段职业能力的培养已成为高等职业教育教学工作的核心任务,加强高等职业教育职业能力培养方法的研究非常必要.从分析高等职业教育课程设置所具有的高效性、先进性、综合性等特点出发,结合教学实践提出了案例分析教学法、项目化教学法、课题教学法、目标教学法等高等职业教育职业能力培养的有效方法,并进行了高等职业教育职业能力培养的效果分析.The training of occupational ability has recently been the key task of higher vocational education.Therefore it is necessary to enhance the training of occupational ability of higher vocational education graduates.By analyzing the comprehensive features of the curriculum of higher vocational education,the author of the study has put forward some efficient teaching methods： case analysis teaching method,project teaching method,subject teaching method and objective teaching method.Finally,the effect of the teaching methods is analyzed.
