摘　　要：文章在分析影响高科技企业自主创新因素的基础上,构建了高科技企业自主创新评价指标体系,并针对当前自主创新能力评价方法存在的不足,提出一种基于BP神经网络的评价方法,对企业的自主创新能力进行客观评判,为企业的自主创新活动提供决策依据。Based on researching into the factors of high-tech enterprises innovation, the paper constructed a system to evaluate the capability of independent innovation for high-tech enterprises. Because of the shortage of the method of evaluating technologic innovation capability of enterprise currently, it presented a new method of evaluating technologic innovation capability, which is based on BP neural network. The results of evaluating provided the basis to make decisions for independent innovation activities.
