摘　　要：企业管理就是领导艺术、人才、素质、资金和市场营销等全方位的综合管理。思路明确,发现人才,历练本领,用活资金,流畅营销,并最终以服务和满足消费者切身利益、促使企业经济效益最大化和可持续发展是企业管理的核心和关键条件。有效地将每个细节都思考缜密且适时调整并落在实处,是企业管理取得实质性成效的不二法则。Business management refers to comprehensive management in the art of leadership, talent, quality and marketing. The core and key condition of it include that a firm should have clear mind to address any problem, have the ability to seek talent, keep constant practice, make good use of the fund and guarantee frequent marketing, which at length, can satisfy the interests of consumers and contribute to the achievement of the maximum economic benefit and the sustainable development. Meanwhile, taking each detail into account and addressing them appropriately is the only principle for business management.
