摘　　要：高职教育注重培养学生的实践能力,本课题通过在专业建设、课程设置、师资培训及课堂教学方面的调查分析,阐述了提高高职院校学生创新意识及实践能力的一些具体做法。Higher vocational education advocates training the students＇practical competence.Through the survey and analysis of profession construction,curriculum layout,teachers＇training and classroom teaching,the paper elaborates some specific methods of improving higher vocational college students＂ innovative awareness and practical competence.
