摘　　要：文章结合生物学实验教学示范中心实验教学改革的实际,介绍了该中心开展研究创新型实验的思路、举措以及取得的成效,总结了实施研究创新型实验的经验和体会,为创新人才培养提供借鉴和参考。Combining the situation of the experimental teaching reform of Biological Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Central China Normal University,this paper introduces the new ideas, measures and achievements of training students with research and innovative experiments for biology. The experience in setting and supporting measures of the research and innovative experiments is summarized, which may give a reference for cultivating innovative talents.
