论生涯规划教育在高校思想政治教育中的作用

摘　　要：根据当前大学生思想政治教育所面临的新情况、新任务,研究生涯规划教育的育人功能,是当前开展思想政治工作的一个新的切入点。从生涯规划教育与思想政治教育的关系来看,思想政治教育主导着大学生生涯规划教育的方向,生涯规划教育对大学生思想政治教育发挥着积极的影响。生涯规划的动力要素可帮助找准思想政治教育的切入点、帮助定位思想政治教育的深度、帮助明确思想政治教育的向度。在思想政教育开展中,应很好地将二者合理地结合起来,充分发挥生涯规划的作用,提升思想政治教育的效果。On the basis of new tasks and conditions which we face in ideological-political education of college and university students nowadays, the research of education function of student career planning is the current breakthkough point of ideolog- ical-political education. By closely inspecting the relationship between ideological-political education and career planning, it is found out that, the former decides the direction of the latter, while the latter applies positive effect on the former. Motivation elements of career planning could optimize the breakthrough point of ideological-political education, and help to position its depth and confirm its dynamics. In application, it should justifiably combine ideological-political education and career planning justifiably to maximize the result of ideological-political arad improve the effect of ideological-political education.
