摘　　要：良好的人文素质是卓越医师的必备条件,也是卓越医师培养计划的重要组成部分。本文介绍了在卓越医师培养计划中加强医学人文教育的实践,提出应该重视培养高尚的职业道德、严谨的批判性思维和高超的交流沟通技能。Sound humanities quality is not only essential of excellent doctors but also an important component of the excellent doctors training plan.This paper introduces our practice of strengthening medical humanities education and points out the importance of fostering professional ethical conduct,critical thinking and communication skills.
