药事管理学教学中存在的问题及解决对策

摘　　要：药事管理学是药学教育的重要组成部分,是一门综合性较强的应用学科。该课程的教学质量与学生毕业后从事药事管理活动的能力密切相关。本文介绍了药事管理学的教学现状,针对教学中存在的问题,提出了创新性药事管理学教学模式,即课堂教学与社会实践紧密结合,关注药事新动态,定期编撰与药事管理学相关的最新法规信息作为补充教材,采用以问题为中心(Problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法和案例教学法,旨在构建一套以能力培养为主线的教学新体系,使药事管理水平与教学水平得到进一步的提高。The science of pharmacy administration,one of the important parts of pharmacy education,is a strongly comprehensive applied discipline.The teaching quality is closely related to graduates ability＇s in pharmacy administration.Based on the current situation of teaching in the science of pharmacy administration,the authors put forward the innovative teaching mode in the science of pharmacy administration： combining theory with practice,paying attention to development trend,regularly preparing the latest regulations as supplementary teaching material,adopting problem-based learning and case study approach.It aims to construct a new set of teaching system with ability training as the main line to further improve the management and teaching quality of pharmacy administration.
