对河北省新建本科院校发展战略的思考

摘　　要：河北省新建本科院校在经历升本的初期发展之后,办学条件有了较大改善,本科专业数量和规模都有了较快发展,专业的学科分布覆盖面也较广。但不可否认的是,河北省新建本科院校专业设置有向办学成本低的学科方向发展的趋势,文、理科专业所占比例偏高,学科专业设置有趋同化倾向,学校学科专业结构与地市产业结构的契合度有待进一步提高。"十二五"期间,河北省新建本科院校在谋划发展战略时要深入关注地方发展的新战略、新需要,并将其作为学校发展的新机遇、新的生长点,要树立新观念,在改善办学条件、学科专业调整、提高办学质量方面采取适应性、差异化、经营性战略。Through the early development of newly-built universities of Hebei Province,the school conditions have been greatly improved,the number and scale of undergraduate majors have undergone a rapidly development,and the distribution of disciplines have also had a wide coverage. But it is undeniable that majors setting has a trend of low operating cost,a high proportion of liberal arts and science,a tendency of convergence of majors setting,and a poor combination of majors structure and local industrial structure. During the 12th five-year plan,Hebei newly-built universities need to focus on the new strategies and new needs of local socio-economic development,and take them as new opportunities and new growth points. Furthermore,they need to establish new concepts,and take adaptable,differentiable and business strategy in service areas,disciplines construction and management innovation. 更多
